Located in Murrells Inlet just 5 miles south of Planet Surfside. Ask any local and they will tell you it’s probably one of the best seafood restaurants along the Grand Strand. Best hush puppies anywhere. Try the fresh grouper topped with crabmeat and hollandaise sauce.

Slightly upscale. Only a couple of years old, also located in Murrells inlet. Features a little more contemporary food and decor. Imported brick oven offers great thin crust pizza. Can be noisy and a lot of kids during the season. Entree range for $9-$15.

Drive in car hop located off By Pass 17th on 10 th Street right before Broadway at the Beach. We think they have the best burgers and shakes in Myrtle Beach. Small playground for the kids to kill time while waiting for the car hop to deliver your food.

Go late to avoid long lines. It’s worth it just to see the decor. Very loud. Although we’ve never had an occasion to try the food we like the bar. Located on the north side of Broadway at the Beach.

Leave the kids at home. Great fresh seafood. White tablecloth restaurant in North Myrtle Beach. To save time take the 17 Bypass north until it rejoins 17 Business and go about 1 mile north. Great bread. Also try the mini filet mignon topped with crab cakes and béarnaise sauce. Entrees in the $13 - $20 range. Full bar.

Located on the South side of Broadway at the Beach. They offer 10 different beers brewed on premise. Ask for the four beer sampler paddle. We like the chicken pizza and the black bean dip appetizer.

Opened in late 1998 by the same local group that owns Bovine's. It's terrific. A little on the pricey but definetly worth the price. There is a great casual tiki bar outside if you want something light. A winner!
